Maple Crusted Pecan Salmon

Marinate: 2 hours Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes Serves: 4
Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Maple Liquor

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) All-Purpose Seasoning

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Butter, melted

  • ¼ cup (50 ml) White Wine

  • Juice of ½ Lemon

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Chopped Pecans

Method

Marinate salmon in maple liquor and all-purpose seasoning for 2 hours in a glass baking dish.

Preheat oven to 400° (200° C).

Add remaining ingredients to baking dish, sprinkling pecans on top and bake for 20 minutes.
